Motive is seeking a Technical Account Manager to join our Global Technical Support team. You will manage a book of strategic accounts, provide white-glove technical support, and maintain executive-level communications with customers.

You will resolve complex issues, perform root-cause analysis, and collaborate with Engineering and Product to drive improvements, with on-call availability for upgrades and changes.

Formación

• In-depth experience in technical account management or similar ownership roles.
• Strong communication across written, chat, calls, and in-person formats.
• Experience with complex configurations affecting usability and workflows.
• Ability to handle escalations with concise stakeholder updates.
• Analytical problem-solving for high-pressure environments.

Responsabilidades

• Resolve technical issues by coordinating with Product and Engineering.
• Root-cause analysis and reporting of data inconsistencies to Engineering.
• Build/execute SQL queries for account diagnostics and problem areas.
• Serve as primary technical contact for strategic/enterprise accounts.
• Own end-to-end resolution and ensure high customer experience.
• Assist in on-call rotations for upgrades and change management.
