Motive is seeking an experienced Technical Account Manager (TAM) to join our Global Technical Support organization and provide white-glove service, technical support, and executive-level communications to our customers. In this role, you will be adept at both building relationships and resolving issues.

Youll excel at solving problems quickly and efficiently and have a keen focus on finding a root cause to even the most obscure problem.

Competenze

• Experience in Technical Support or equivalent account ownership.
• Ability to assess complex configurations affecting usability and workflows.
• Experience with addressing escalations and providing concise status updates.

Mansioni

• Resolve technical issues by collaborating with Product and Engineering teams.
• Investigate root causes of errors and report to Engineering.
• Build/execute SQL queries for emerging issues used by Technical Support teams.
• Be primary technical contact for a group of Enterprise/Mid Market Accounts.
• Own or orchestrate case resolutions and ensure customer satisfaction.
