Creative Chaos is seeking a Senior Supply Chain and Inventory Manager to lead inventory control and supply chain initiatives in a fast-paced e-commerce environment. You will forecast demand, manage supplier relationships, optimize logistics, and drive continuous improvement with KPIs while leading a team.

This role requires strategic thinking, strong analytics, and excellent negotiation skills to reduce costs and improve service levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; Master’s preferred.
• 8+ years in supply chain/inventory management with leadership experience.
• Proficiency with inventory systems and ERP technologies.
• Strong analytics and ability to derive actionable insights.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement supply chain strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Manage end-to-end inventory control, forecasting demand and stock replenishment.
• Build strong supplier relationships; negotiate terms and lead times.
• Coordinate logistics with partners to ensure timely delivery and cost control.
• Establish KPIs and lead continuous improvement projects.
• Lead and mentor a team of supply chain and inventory professionals.
