Job summary

HR POD Careers is looking for an implementation/operations project lead in Karachi to plan and manage customer implementations, coordinating with operations, warehousing, logistics, IT and management. You will map client processes to product requirements and drive smooth execution across internal teams, including UAT, training and post-go-live support.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage customer implementation projects, including scope, timelines, milestones, and go-live readiness.
• Serve as the primary contact for client stakeholders across operations, warehousing, logistics, IT, and management.
• Map client warehouse and logistics processes and translate them into product requirements.
• Coordinate with clients and internal product and engineering teams to ensure smooth implementation.
• Manage UAT, user training, and post-go-live support.
• Track project risks, scope changes, and progress, providing updates to clients and leadership.

Job description

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience managing implementation or operations projects.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work confidently with senior client stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of supply chain processes, including warehousing, inventory management, transportation, and order fulfilment.
• Hands-on experience with supply chain tools, such as Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Transportation Management Systems (TMS), or ERP supply chain modules.
• Experience managing implementation or operations projects.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to managing tasks and resolving challenges.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced startup environment.
• A software engineering background is not required.
