Job summary

HR POD Careers seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead customer implementation and operations projects. You will oversee scope, timelines, milestones, and go-live readiness, serving as the main contact across operations, warehousing, logistics, IT, and management.

You will map client processes into clear product requirements, coordinate with product/engineering teams, and manage UAT, training, and post-go-live support to ensure successful deployments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience managing implementation or operations projects.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work confidently with senior client stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of supply chain processes, including warehousing, inventory management, transportation, and order fulfilment.
• Hands-on experience with supply chain tools, such as Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Transportation Management Systems (TMS), or ERP supply chain modules.
• Experience managing implementation or operations projects.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to managing tasks and resolving challenges.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced startup environment.
• A software engineering background is not required.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage customer implementation projects, including scope, timelines, milestones, and go-live readiness.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders across operations, warehousing, logistics, IT, and management.
• Map client warehouse and logistics processes and translate them into clear requirements for the product team.
• Coordinate with clients and internal product and engineering teams to ensure smooth implementation.
• Manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT), user training, and post-go-live support.
• Track project risks, scope changes, and overall progress, providing regular updates to clients and internal leadership.
