Job summary

MR International is seeking an experienced Supply Chain & Fleet Manager to oversee purchasing, inventory, warehousing, logistics, and a company fleet. The role requires organizing schedules, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring timely product delivery to customers.

Responsibilities include monitoring stock, reporting on supply chain performance, and controlling logistics costs. Strong Excel skills, negotiation, and team leadership are essential for success in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, fleet, or transportation management.
• Strong knowledge of inventory, procurement, warehousing, logistics, and fleet operations.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and team-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage purchasing, inventory, warehousing, and distribution activities.
• Coordinate with suppliers for orders, deliveries, pricing, and stock availability.
• Ensure timely availability and delivery of products.
• Monitor stock movement and maintain proper inventory levels.
• Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, Warehouse, and Management.
• Manage import shipment schedules and related logistics.
• Prepare regular supply chain and inventory reports.
• Control logistics costs and improve operational efficiency.
• Manage the company’s vehicles and transportation operations.
• Plan and monitor daily vehicle routes and deliveries.
• Ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods to customers.
• Monitor vehicle fuel consumption, mileage, and running costs.
• Maintain vehicle records, documents, insurance, registration, and maintenance schedules.
• Coordinate vehicle servicing, repairs, and preventive maintenance.
• Monitor drivers’ attendance, performance, routes, and discipline.
• Ensure vehicles are used only for authorized company purposes.
• Maintain proper records of fuel, maintenance, trips, and vehicle expenses.
• Take necessary action in case of vehicle breakdowns, accidents, or operational issues.
