Job summary

Convo is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery governance of a large-scale Retail Execution Platform. You will drive execution across multiple workstreams, manage dependencies, track milestones, and mitigate risks while coordinating with product, engineering, SAP, QA, and business stakeholders.

The role requires strong program execution skills, a structured delivery mindset, and the ability to manage complex integration layers from build to hypercare.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Project/Program Management or Delivery Management.
• Proven track record delivering complex enterprise tech programs across teams.
• Experience with Agile delivery models, sprint governance, release planning.
• Strong in dependency management, risk governance, and executive reporting.
• Experience with enterprise platforms involving integration-heavy landscapes.
• Ability to lead delivery across product, engineering, QA, architecture, and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own overall delivery planning and execution governance for the Retail Execution Platform.
• Establish and manage the delivery cadence across squads, workstreams, and external dependencies.
• Drive structured program tracking with reporting on progress, risks, blockers, decisions, and milestone health.
• Maintain momentum across delivery lifecycle from readiness through go-live and stabilization.
• Define and govern sprint rhythms, delivery checkpoints, and reporting across teams.
• Track delivery commitments against sprint and milestone plans and highlight slippage.
