Qualifications

• At least five years of purchasing or store management experience in related manufacturing domains.
• Robust knowledge of the Sialkot market and ERP systems, plus strong Excel skills.
• Experience in supplier evaluation, contract negotiation, and demand planning.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities for vendor relationships and procurement lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans with local and international suppliers.
• Negotiate pricing, delivery, and payment terms to ensure cost-effective procurement.
• Issue and manage purchase orders, monitor shipments, and track inventory levels.
• Coordinate with production, quality control, store management, and accounts.
• Maintain procurement records and ERP-based ledgers for reporting and traceability.
• Monitor supplier performance and market trends to mitigate risks.
• Lead and mentor a team of three procurement professionals.
• Plan demand forecasts with production and sales to optimize stock levels.
• Utilize procurement software and ERP tools to streamline workflows.
• Ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and ethics throughout procurement.
