Navigatorhr is seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) in Gulberg, Lahore, for an on-site evening/night shift. The role focuses on calling new leads, qualifying prospects, and maintaining a clean sales pipeline using GoHighLevel.

A strong American accent and fluent spoken English are required. You will reactivate churned customers, upsell where possible, and coordinate with marketing and partners to improve lead conversion and overall results.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an SDR/Inside Sales role.
• Strong American accent and excellent spoken English.
• Hands-on experience with GoHighLevel (GHL) preferred.
• Experience in cold calling, lead qualification, follow-ups, and pipeline management.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize leads effectively.

Responsibilities

• Contact new leads by phone and follow a structured lead management playbook.
• Qualify prospects, understand their needs, and move them through the sales pipeline.
• Follow up with leads promptly and consistently to improve conversion rates.
• Reactivate inactive or churned customers and identify opportunities to upsell existing customers.
• Maintain accurate lead records and pipeline stages in GoHighLevel.
• Manage multiple partner sub-accounts, brands, locations, and pipelines simultaneously.
• Ensure timely follow-ups so potential leads do not go cold.
• Provide structured updates on contact rates, lead outcomes, and conversion progress.
• Coordinate with marketing teams and partner stakeholders to support lead handoffs and improve results.
• Work toward assigned sales and lead-conversion targets.
