Job summary

Al Ghurair seeks a finance professional to provide end-to-end financial oversight for the project development lifecycle, focusing on budgeting, cost control, risk mitigation, and governance. This role aims to maximize profitability and support informed management decisions.

The candidate should have 4–7 years of total experience, with expertise in IFRS, financial reporting, and cross-functional collaboration across the Middle East region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field is required.
• Professional qualifications (CPA/ACCA/CIMA/CFA) are preferred.
• Experience with IFRS and financial governance is essential.

Responsibilities

• Monthly evaluations: monitor WIP, billing, revenue, costs and profitability vs budget.
• Ensure project governance aligns with Group DOA and BU policies.
• Develop, implement and monitor cost-control procedures.
• Assist with cost controlling and financial close activities for projects.
• Disseminate cost accounting information to management; participate in complex cost projects.
• Analyze real product costs and margins for BU cost system.
