Job summary

Al Ghurair, based in Karachi, seeks a Senior Manager – Financial Reporting to lead financial planning, analytics, and management reporting. You will own the reporting cycle, drive insights, and coordinate with BU Finance, Group Strategy, and Group HR on budgeting and forecasting.

The role requires 8+ years in FP&A and management reporting, with CA/ACCA preferred and experience in Hyperion Financial Management and Power BI. A challenging leadership position in Corporate Finance awaits in Karachi.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CA/ACCA preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in Financial Planning, Analysis, and Management Reporting.
• At least 1 year in a managerial role and mentoring staff.
• Experience with Hyperion Financial Management and Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Drive financial planning, analysis, and performance reviews for the Group and Business Units.
• Own management reporting of financial results and enhance reporting systems.
• Lead special Finance projects as needed.
• Conduct business performance analysis, risk assessments and scenario planning.
• Coordinate planning, budgeting, and forecasting with BU Finance and Group HR.
• Prepare periodic management reports, budgets, forecasts, and KPIs.
• Maintain strong data controls and consistent reporting practices across the Group.
