Job summary

Zameen.com is seeking an experienced Financial Controller in Lahore to oversee all financial operations, establish robust controls, and drive strategic financial planning. You will manage budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and risk management while ensuring data integrity across functions.

The role involves coordinating with project managers, auditors, and regulators to optimize financial performance and ensure regulatory compliance for construction-related activities.

Qualifications

• Must have professional accounting/finance qualifications (CA/ACCA/CFA/MBA Finance or equivalent).
• 12+ years of relevant experience, with at least 5 years in managerial roles.
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling, systems, and data analytics.

Responsibilities

• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for projects and groups.
• Ensure accurate financial reporting in line with local regulations.
• Monitor cash flows, profitability, and overall financial performance.
• Perform variance analysis and provide strategic cost controls.
• Present reports to senior management and stakeholders.
