Zusammenfassung

Mashreq is seeking an experienced professional to drive the strategic program agenda within the MGN Pakistan Central Management Office. You will govern cross functional initiatives, coordinate with stakeholders, and embed governance with a focus on outcomes and engagement.

The role includes leading program delivery, maintaining documentation, and producing timely reporting for senior leadership and risk committees.

Qualifikationen

University degree in business, operations or project management.
5–8 years total experience including at least 5 years in program/project management or governance.
Experience in financial services, consulting or regulated environments is a plus.
Proficiency with MS Office applications and PM tools is preferred.
Strong communication, presentation, and analytic skills; pragmatic and action oriented.

Aufgaben

Lead programs with internal and external resources and define project goals.
Organize projects per MBOs and Book of Work for MGN Pakistan.
Track KPIs, manage changes, and report project status timely.
Ensure alignment of programs to strategic roadmaps and governance forums.
Prepare governance materials, minutes, and track actions to closure.
Provide executive support including calendars, travel and priorities.
