Job summary

Aga Khan University Hospital in Karachi invites applications for the role of Associate, Office of CEO, AKU Health Services. The successful candidate will support hospital-wide coordination, prepare strategic plans, and monitor ongoing activities in alignment with the CEO’s vision.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's in business/health administration, a Master's preferred, at least three years of relevant experience, and strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Business Management or Healthcare Administration; Master's preferred; PM/process-improvement certs a plus.
• At least three years of relevant experience.
• Strong MS Office skills and financial analysis ability.
• Excellent interpersonal, report writing and communication skills.
• Familiarity with hospital operations and ability to handle deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Assist CEO's office with planning, coordination and decision making via data mining and reporting.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to improve processes and drive cost savings.
• Communicate with internal and external teams to improve operations.
• Support quality and performance improvement initiatives.
• Provide timely data and information to the CEO.
