Job summary

Aga Khan University Hospital is seeking an experienced administrator to support the CEO of AKU Health Services in hospital-wide coordination, reporting, and project development. You will develop strategic plans, monitor ongoing activities, and implement systems to manage rapid growth while ensuring efficient operations and timely decision making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Hospital Administration or related field.
• Master's degree preferred and certifications in project management and process improvement.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in healthcare operations or administration.

Responsibilities

• Assist the CEO, AKU Health Services in hospital-wide coordination and reporting.
• Develop new hospital growth initiatives and monitor ongoing activities.
• Support space planning, systems to manage rapid growth, and standardization efforts.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to improve efficiency and decision making.
• Prepare strategic plans and comprehensive reports for leadership.
