Job summary

Enpro Industries Pvt Ltd. is seeking a PPC/ERP coordinator at its Markal Plant to manage SAP PP/MM processes and production planning activities.

The role involves close collaboration with Engineering and SCM teams to ensure accurate master data, bill of materials, and production scheduling. You will monitor SAP transactions, support material planning, and drive process improvements while tracking KPIs to improve schedule adherence and data accuracy.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in PPC, Production Planning, ERP Coordination or Manufacturing Operations.
• Hands-on with SAP PP/MM modules and project-based manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

• Create, release, monitor, and close production orders in SAP.
• Maintain BOMs, routings, work centres, and material master data with Engineering/SCM.
• Ensure accuracy of SAP transactions for production, material movements, and inventory.
• Coordinate with SAP support for issues and improvements.
• Support PPC in production scheduling and work order planning.
• Generate project-wise production tracking reports and monitor progress.
• Coordinate with SCM/Stores for material availability and reservations.
• Train users on SAP transactions and reporting requirements.
• Collaborate with Engineering for BOM/drawing releases and with Stores for availability.
• Monitor KPIs: data accuracy, schedule adherence, BOM/routing accuracy.
