CureMD Corporation seeks a Senior Lead - HR Business Partner to collaborate with senior leadership, driving HR initiatives aligned with business goals and promoting accountability and integrity across departments.

You will leverage advanced analytics to inform decision-making, guide performance management, and enhance employee engagement and retention, while mentoring the HR team and building strategic capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 3-5 years in HR with business partnership focus.
• Advanced data management, analytics, and strategic reporting.
• Comprehensive knowledge of HR processes, policies, and practices.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with executive leadership to assess business needs and craft HR solutions.
• Produce reports on HR metrics, workforce planning, and engagement; deliver insights.
• Oversee HR processes and programs to meet organizational needs.
• Advocate for employees and leadership on HR matters; foster a transparent culture.
• Promote a positive workplace culture to improve engagement and retention.
• Develop HR strategies aligned with business goals and organizational effectiveness.
• Guide on complex employee relations issues, compliance, and performance management.
• Identify opportunities to enhance HR processes and implement improvements.
• Mentor HR team members and build strategic capabilities across HR.
