• 1–2 years of sales experience with a proven record of meeting targets.
• Very good spoken English, clear and confident on calls.
• Comfortable dealing with international customers (Canada/USA).

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls and make outbound calls to drive sales of products and services.
• Reach out to new customers and introduce our products and services.
• Prepare and send quotes, offers, and contracts to the Ontario Ministry of Children, Community and Social Services.
• Follow up with customers to move them toward a purchase.
• Track sales and prepare sales reports.
• Stay polite, helpful, and professional in every customer interaction.
