Job summary

North Bridge Solutions is looking for a Sales Business Developer to expand its customer base in Lahore. You will combine market knowledge with consultative selling to convert prospects into long-term customers.

Responsibilities include identifying prospects, generating leads, and presenting tailored fleet management solutions. You will draft proposals, coordinate with internal teams, and maintain a robust sales pipeline while building lasting relationships with clients.

Qualifications

• Ability to generate leads and qualify prospects.
• Proven experience in managing a sales pipeline and closing deals.
• Understanding of trucking, logistics, fleet operations or related services.

Responsibilities

• Expand customer base in trucking, fleet management and logistics sectors.
• Generate leads through networking, research, referrals, and direct outreach.
• Present fleet management and transportation solutions to prospects.
• Develop quotations, proposals and sales plans with internal teams.
• Maintain pipeline, record interactions, and provide sales updates.
• Build relationships with fleet owners, transport operators, and corporate clients.
