Refine Success (Pvt. Ltd.) is a Lahore-based financial services firm providing tailored capital, advisory, and technology-enabled solutions to individuals, SMEs, and corporates across Pakistan.

We seek a Sales Executive to expand client relationships and contribute to revenue growth by presenting relevant financial solutions to prospective and existing customers. This role requires understanding client needs, clear value communication, and a structured sales pipeline.

Qualifications

• Ability to generate leads and conduct discovery discussions.
• Strong consultative selling skills to match client needs with financial solutions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and relationship-management abilities.
• Comfort with CRM systems, spreadsheets, email, and digital tools to manage a sales pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify prospective clients among individuals, SMEs, and corporate customers.
• Present suitable financial, advisory, working capital, and digital service solutions based on client requirements.
• Manage the sales cycle from initial outreach and needs assessment through proposal, negotiation, and onboarding coordination.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and referral partners.
• Maintain accurate pipeline, activity, and forecast records in internal systems.
• Coordinate with Lahore-based and cross-functional teams while working remotely.
