Job summary

Bestway Cement Limited seeks an accomplished finance leader to drive planning, analysis and SSC operations. You will shape a high-performance, control-focused finance culture and partner with the CFO and senior management to deliver strategic value.

The role requires CA/ACCA with 7+ years post-qualification experience, including 3–5 years in cement or manufacturing. You will oversee treasury, cost control, payroll, and statutory reporting in a rigorous governance framework.

Qualifications

• CA/ACCA qualified with 7+ years post-qualification experience.
• 3–5 years in cement or manufacturing sector preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop finance planning, analysis and SSC operations teams.
• Strengthen financial governance, internal controls and risk management.
• Oversee audit, reporting, budgeting, forecasting and analysis deliverables.
• Ensure timely SAP processing, reconciliations and coordination with banks.
