Job summary

Bestway Cement Limited is seeking an experienced Sr. Assistant Manager Financial Planning & Analysis to support budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting. You will lead monthly closings, performance analysis, and cross-functional reporting for the group.

Role requires IFRS knowledge, SAP and MS Office proficiency, and 4–6 years of FP&A experience. CA Finalist or ACCA member preferred. Strong analytical, modelling, and stakeholder management skills are essential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes.
• Lead monthly closing and management reporting.
• Coordinate quarterly and annual statutory audits.
• Prepare monthly performance reporting and analyses.
• Conduct financial statement and ratio analysis.
• Support feasibility studies and financial modelling.
• Drive automation and process improvements in FP&A.
• Provide data for group-level requirements.
• Liaise with cross-functional teams on planning and reporting.
