The role requires CA/ACCA with 7+ years post-qualification experience, including 3–5 years in cement or manufacturing. You will oversee treasury, cost control, payroll, and statutory reporting in a rigorous governance framework.

Job Description

• Leadand develop finance planning and analysis and SSC Operations teams, ensuring smoothoperations, financial discipline, compliance, and team development.
• Build ahigh-performance, control-focused finance culture aligned with Groupvalues.
• Oversightand ownership of all of Bestway Cement’s Audit, Reporting, budgeting,forecasting and analysis deliverables.
• StrengthenGroup-wide financial governance, internal controls, and risk management insupport of the CFO.
• Overseeall operational finance functions including payable, payments collections,customer ledgers, credit control, invoicing, and cash management.
• Reviewand approve commissions, incentives, rebates, accruals, and related salesadjustments.
• Ensureaccurate, timely SAP processing, reconciliations, and coordination withbanks and commercial teams.
• Supervisevendor accounting, payment processing, advances, retentions, and policycompliance.
• Overseeinventory accounting, physical vs. book reconciliations, consumptiontrends, and scrap sales.
• Maintainand control fixed assets, CWIP/AUC, capitalization, depreciation, andborrowing cost accounting.
• Supervisecost accounting, costing runs, variance analysis, and cost allocations tosupport decision-making.
• Overseepayroll disbursements, gratuity payments, statutory deductions, andrelated compliance.
• Managebanking and treasury coordination, credit periods, advances, penalties,and covenant compliance.
• Overseepreparation of monthly management accounts with meaningful financialanalysis and insights.
• Ensure timelystatutory, regulatory, and audit reporting; coordinate with auditors, taxconsultants, and regulators.
• Drivecontinuous improvement of finance SOPs, ERP (SAP) automation, andcross-Group process standardization.

Experience and Qualification

• CA / ACCA Qualified
• Minimum07 years ofpost-qualification experience (03 to 05 years in cement or manufacturingsector)
