Job summary

Mashreq is seeking an experienced credit professional in Karachi to support corporate relationships with financial analysis, risk assessment, and credit proposals. You will collaborate with RMs, CRM, and Compliance to ensure timely, compliant outcomes.

With 7–9 years of relevant banking experience and strong English communication, you will review deals, monitor risk, and structure facilities while adhering to regulatory and internal Mashreq policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7-9 years of credit/financial analysis experience in banking or related field.
• Degree in business/economics; professional qualifications are an asset.
• Knowledge of local regulations and Mashreqbank policies.

Responsibilities

• Review deals, facility structures, and credit products to align with risk guidelines.
• Monitor portfolio quality, size, mix; report deviations from risk/return targets.
• Prepare CPs and support renewals; liaise with CRM and Compliance for queries.
• Ensure terms match client expectations and manage risk exposures.
• Act in RM's absence and provide guidance to the team when needed.
