Job summary

Mashreq in Pakistan seeks an experienced CCAM operations professional to provide value-added support and oversight for corporate account opening, maintenance, and signatory management.

You will ensure requests are processed efficiently, compliant with regulatory standards, and aligned with SLAs while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

The role involves coordination with Compliance, Operations, and Relationship Managers to minimize risk and drive process improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business/finance or related field required.
• Minimum 5-7 years in Corporate Banking Operations or client onboarding.
• Experience with KYC/CDD, AML, and regulatory requirements is essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee CCAM activities including account opening and maintenance.
• Validate documentation for Corporate, Commercial, and FI clients per policy.
• Maintain accurate customer records and signatory details in systems.
• Ensure AML/Regulatory compliance and risk controls are in place.
• Provide timely MIS and escalation of high-risk cases to management.
