Job summary

Getz Pharma seeks a Manager of Corporate Communications to develop, manage, and execute comprehensive communication strategies that shape reputation and align messaging across internal and external channels.

You will lead internal engagement initiatives, support HR communications, and oversee external storytelling, brand governance, and stakeholder interactions to strengthen the company's presence and values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in Marketing, Business, or related field with MBA preferred.
• 7–9 years in corporate communications, PR, or related roles.
• Experience with FMCG/pharma or fast-moving consumer categories is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement corporate communication strategies aligned with company goals.
• Lead internal comms including leadership messages and HR communications.
• Manage external comms, including media relations and brand positioning initiatives.
• Ensure consistent application of brand guidelines across all materials.
• Coordinate media relations with PR agencies and digital teams.
• Plan content for events, CSR initiatives, and sponsorships.
• Create corporate communication materials: newsletters, presentations, digital content.
