Job summary

Indus Hospital seeks a Deputy Manager Corporate Communications to lead end-to-end annual reports and critical publications. You will coordinate with departments, hospitals, universities and regional teams to source data, case studies and photographs, shaping narratives that reflect impact and program highlights.

You will write and edit leadership messages, ensure brand alignment, and manage calendars and templates to deliver accurate, timely content for donors and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Communications, Journalism, English, Business, Development Studies or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Annual Report end to end, from planning and content collection to editing, approvals and production.
• Write and edit corporate narratives, impact stories, leadership messages and program highlights.
• Coordinate with departments, hospitals, universities and regional teams to get accurate data, case studies and photographs on time.
• Build and maintain standardized reporting templates, databases and trackers.
• Analyze program data and turn it into narratives, infographics and report content.
• Ensure all content is accurate, consistent and aligned with IHHN's messaging and brand guidelines.
• Maintain the annual reporting calendar with clear timelines, follow-ups and quality checks.
• Identify gaps in reporting processes and introduce practical improvements.
• Support other corporate and donor-facing publications as needed.
