Job summary

Cybernet is seeking an Assistant Manager - Sales to drive revenue growth through corporate and SME client acquisition and relationship management. The role offers exposure to key account management, strategic sales planning, and cross-functional coordination within a telecom environment.

You will work with experienced sales professionals to develop and execute sales strategies, participate in client meetings, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful service delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
• 2–4 years of relevant sales experience.
• Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and relationship management.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support development and execution of sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
• Assist in lead generation, prospecting, and client outreach for corporate/SME base.
• Join client meetings, presentations, and negotiations with senior team members.
• Perform pre- and post-sales activities, onboarding, and deployment coordination.
• Maintain strong client relationships and address inquiries to ensure satisfaction.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Prepare sales forecasts and maintain records of contracts and client profiles.
• Coordinate with pre-sales, PM, finance, and operations for seamless service.
