Job summary

hrsi, Karachi-based, seeks a Communications Officer to shape and amplify the organization's voice across internal and external audiences. You will craft compelling narratives, manage media relationships, and drive strategic initiatives that build brand reputation and stakeholder trust.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Mass Communication or related field, 3–5 years in communications, and fluent English with exceptional written and verbal skills. On-site role with full-time employment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
• 3 to 7 years of hands-on experience in communications or PR.
• Proven track record in media relations and English content.
• Experience with senior executives and confidential communications.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies.
• Write, edit, and proofread a wide range of English content.
• Craft narratives and messaging for internal and external audiences.
• Produce annual reports and institutional publications.
• Manage media relations and coordinate press activities.
• Oversee digital and social media communications and editorial calendar.
• Support internal communications and stakeholder engagement.
