Job summary

Relief International Pakistan is seeking a Communications & Partnership Coordinator to translate program results into compelling content, strengthen RI's visibility and support proposal development.

Reporting to the Head of Programs, you will work with program, MEAL, Awards Management, Finance, Operations and field teams across KP and Balochistan to ensure compliant, high-quality external materials and strong donor engagement.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in communications, journalism, development studies or related field.
• 5+ years in communications, program development or partnerships in humanitarian work.
• Ability to translate complex program data into clear donor materials.
• Excellent English writing, editing and storytelling skills.
• Experience with partner mapping, vetting and awards management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement country and project communications plans.
• Produce and edit content: stories, briefs, newsletters, blogs and reports.
• Translate assessments and results into engaging narratives for audiences.
• Coordinate media campaigns, ensure consent, safeguarding, and branding compliance.
• Support donor engagement, proposals, and partnership documentation.
