Qualifications

• Understanding KPI incentives and acquisition dynamics is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage channel KPI scorecards and definitions.
• Review channel policies and governance to improve structures and execution.
• Lead end-to-end acquisition budgeting and allocate investments across channels.
• Develop retail engagement initiatives to improve subscriber acquisition at scale.
• Align KPI targets across the channel with key stakeholders.
• Turn insights into actionable channel planning and execution improvements.
