Job summary

You'll own channel performance, governance, acquisition budgeting and retail engagement, developing KPI targets, allocating budgets and turning market insights into actionable plans that boost subscriber growth and channel profitability.

Responsibilities

• Drive Channel Performance: Design and manage channel KPI scorecards and definitions that enable clear performance tracking and support an effective pay-for-performance incentive model.
• Strengthen Channel Governance: Review existing channel policies and frameworks, identifying opportunities to improve structures, governance and operational effectiveness.
• Maximize Acquisition ROI: Lead end-to-end acquisition budgeting and strategically allocate investments across channels to maximize acquisition efficiency and returns.
• Scale Retail Engagement: Develop and drive retail engagement initiatives that improve channel effectiveness and enable quality subscriber acquisition at scale.
• Align Targets Across the Channel: Partner with key stakeholders to define, align and cascade KPI targets that drive focused execution across the sales channel.
• Turn Insights into Action: Use channel and market insights to identify performance opportunities and continuously improve channel planning and execution.
