Job summary

Creative Chaos in Karachi seeks a Manager Finance to oversee the company’s financial health, cash flow, and profitability. You will supervise reporting, budgeting, and month-end close.

The ideal candidate has ACCA or related certifications, 10+ years in tech or high-growth firms, and strong Excel, ERP (SAP/Oracle/QuickBooks), and regulatory compliance knowledge. Excellent communication and leadership skills are required.

Qualifications

• Plan a strategic and long-term business plan in support of the financial manager and the management.
• Prepare periodic, quarterly, and annual internal financial statements for management meetings.
• Review and analyze financial statements and metrics.
• Prepare consolidated financial reporting journal entries and deliverables quarterly and annually.
• Perform analysis and participate in consolidation and reporting discussions.
• Identify process improvements and lead efficiency projects.
• Support decisions with financial information and analysis.
• Participate in ad-hoc analyses and reports.
• Assist with cash forecasting to meet working capital needs.
• Assist with month-end closing of books.
• Create revenue recognition rules per ASC 606.
• Assist designing a functional chart of accounts.
• Other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Perform analysis, make recommendations, and participate in discussions pertaining to consolidation and reporting matters
• Identify process improvements and lead several efficiency projects
• Support decisions with financial information and analysis
• Participate in other projects and ad-hoc analyses and reports
• Assist with cash forecasting and monitoring to ensure working capital needs are met
• Assist with month-end closing of books
• Create revenue recognition rules according to ASC 606
• Assist with designing a functional chart of accounts
• Other duties as assigned
