Job summary

Pakistan Single Window is seeking a Strategic Financial Leader to shape the organization’s financial strategy aligned with its statutory mandate and digital transformation goals. The role involves guiding the CEO and Board on sustainability, funding models, and major investments.

The successful candidate will oversee multi-year plans, revenue assurance, and prudent cost management while steering tax governance and financial controls across technology investments and procurement governance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 16–20 years of relevant experience, including at least 5 years in a senior finance leadership role (CFO/Director Finance).
• Experience with Board-level reporting, governance and strategic financial management.
• Proven ability to navigate public sector regulations, compliance, and reporting requirements.
• Experience in technology-enabled organizations or large-scale transformation initiatives is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead PSW’s financial strategy aligned with its mandate and digital transformation objectives.
• Advise CEO and Board on financial sustainability, cost recovery, funding models, and major investments.
• Oversee long-term financial planning, revenue assurance, and prudent cost management.
• Provide strategic oversight of corporate tax governance and compliance.
• Provide financial oversight of technology investments, ERP systems, and platform infrastructure.
• Lead the Finance & Procurement function through the senior leadership team, promoting integrity and performance excellence.
