Job summary

The role requires hands-on inventory control, SAP B1 proficiency, and strong Excel skills, with attention to detail and coordinating with teams to maintain stock integrity.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily receiving, issuing, labeling and storage of stock.

• Coordinate dispatches and inter-branch transfers with Head Office.
• Monitor expiry dates and maintain store discipline.

STORE EXECUTIVE / STORE KEEPER

A leading organization in the healthcare sector is seeking a structured and detail-oriented Store Executive / Store Keeper to manage warehouse inventory, stream-line dispatches, and maintain system accuracy using SAP Business One.

Key Responsibilities

• Inventory & Store Operations: Manage daily receiving, issuing, proper labeling, and safe storage of medical devices, instruments, and implants.
• SAP B1 Execution: Accurately record all transactions (Goods Receipts, Goods Issues, Transfers, and Returns) in SAP Business One.
• Audit & Reconciliation: Conduct monthly and quarterly physical stock counts, reconcile discrepancies with SAP records, and support inventory audits.
• Logistics & Stock Control: Manage dispatch documentation, coordinate inter-branch transfers, and align with Head Office for refilling stock.
• Expiry Management: Monitor product expiration dates and maintain strict store discipline in compliance with company standards.

Requirements

• Education: B.com / Intermediate.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience using SAP Business One (B1) in store/inventory management.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in SAP B1 (Inventory/Logistics modules) and MS Excel.
• Competencies: Strong organizational skills, keen attention to detail, and effective coordination ability.
• Preference: Prior experience handling medical/surgical products.

Location: Noon Avenue, Muslim Town.

Working Schedule: 12 hours (Mon- Sat).
