Job summary

PakWheels in Lahore is hiring a Store In-Charge / Cashier to manage front desk operations and handle billing at our Car Oil Change Service Center.

The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of cashiering or front desk experience, strong communication, and basic accounting knowledge to process payments and maintain cash records.

You will welcome customers, generate invoices, coordinate with service staff, and help promote service offers while keeping the reception area neat and welcoming.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients at the front desk and explain available services and offers.
• Generate accurate bills and invoices using POS or billing software.

• Maintain daily cash records and reconcile with Branch Manager.
• Handle calls, schedule service appointments, and respond to inquiries.
• Coordinate with service team for timely updates and vehicle service flow.
• Promote service packages and car care products.
• Keep reception and waiting area clean and welcoming.
• Address complaints professionally and escalate when needed.
• Support basic administrative tasks and maintain service logs.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers professionally and guide them regarding available services and offers.
• Generate accurate bills and invoices using POS or billing software.
• Receive and process various payment methods (cash, card, digital), issue receipts, and manage cash registers.
• Maintain daily cash records and reconcile balances in coordination with the Branch Manager.
• Handle incoming calls, manage service appointments, and respond to general customer inquiries.
• Collaborate with the service team to ensure timely customer updates and smooth vehicle service flow.
• Promote ongoing offers, service packages, and relevant car care products to customers.
• Ensure the reception and customer waiting area remains clean, organized, and welcoming.
• Address customer complaints professionally and escalat[e] to the appropriate person when necessary.
• Support basic administrative tasks, such as maintaining service logs and customer records.

Qualifications

• Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Commerce or Business (B.Com)
• 2-3 years of experience in cashiering, front desk, or customer service roles (preferably in automotive or retail sectors)
• Proficient in MS Excel, billing software, and POS systems
• Trustworthy, well-presented, and customer-friendly personality
• Strong communication and organizational skills
