Job summary

PakWheels.com in Islamabad is seeking a Store In-Charge / Cashier to manage front desk operations and billing at our Car Oil Change Service Center. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic accounting knowledge, and a customer-friendly attitude.

You will greet customers, generate bills, handle payments, maintain cash records, coordinate with the service team, and ensure a clean, welcoming reception.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or Business (B.Com) preferred.
• 2–3 years cashiering/front desk experience.
• Proficient in MS Excel and POS/billing software.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers professionally and explain services.
• Generate accurate bills and invoices using POS or billing software.
• Process payments (cash, card, digital) and issue receipts.
• Maintain daily cash records and reconcile with Branch Manager.
• Handle phone calls and service appointments.
• Coordinate with service team for updates and flow.
• Promote offers and car care products.
• Keep reception area clean and welcoming.
• Address complaints and escalate when needed.
• Support admin tasks like logging service records.
