Job summary

Inbox Business Technologies seeks an experienced PreSales Lead – Central Region to drive storage and virtualization presales and support growth in the Central region. You will bridge Sales, OEMs, Solution Design and Delivery, owning technical solutioning, RFP responses, and OEM compliance.

The role requires hands-on storage, virtualization, and data center expertise, coupled with strong stakeholder management and communication to lead complex enterprise engagements.

Qualifications

• Hands-on expertise across enterprise storage, virtualization and data center tech.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication for complex engagements.
• Experience leading presales for enterprise and FSIs with OEM coordination.

Responsibilities

• Lead Storage and Virtualization presales engagements in support of the Unit Head Sales – Central.
• Lead technical preparation, mapping, and coordination for RFPs and customer requirements.
• Own the preparation and submission of technical proposals in response to customer RFPs.
• Ensure completeness and accuracy of proposed solution designs, BOQs, and BOMs against customer requirements.
• Ensure completeness and validity of OEM technical compliances.
• Act as the primary Presales POC for coordination with relevant OEMs and technology partners.
• Design and dimension enterprise storage and virtualization solutions based on customer requirements.
• Prepare and lead technical demonstrations and solution presentations for customer technical teams.
• Coordinate with implementation and sustenance teams on SOW, solution design, BOQ/BOM, and technical requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
• Work closely with Sales, Design, and Delivery teams to ensure proposed solutions are technically viable and aligned with customer requirements.
• Support solution discussions and technical engagements with enterprise and FSI customers.
