Job summary

Contour Software is seeking a Staff Accountant to join the Finance team for a permanent full-time position in a global software group. You will assist in monthly closings, prepare balance sheet reconciliations, and generate management reports while collaborating with senior team members.

The role offers exposure to tax returns with US, UK, and Canadian authorities, plus a broad benefits package and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Qualified Professional Accountant from ACCA/CIMA/ICMA.
• Strong MS Excel skills including VLOOKUP and PivotTables.

Responsibilities

• Assisting in the closing process.
• Recording and posting closing information.
• Preparation of Balance Sheet reconciliations and management reports.
• Detailed analysis of monthly, quarterly & annual financial results.
• Bank payments and reconciliations.
• Tax returns with IRS, HMRC & CRA.
• Processing of customer billing and vendor invoices and employees expense reports.
• Work closely with the line manager and other senior members of the company.
