Job summary

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of hands-on experience in a medium to large scale printing and packaging environment, with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and CorelDRAW, plus strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Applied Arts with 3–5 years hands-on experience in graphic design for printing & packaging.
• Meticulous attention to detail and understanding of the production process from concept to finish.
• Proficiency with MS Office and related software for communication and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Create and develop graphic designs for printing and packaging using Adobe Creative Suite and CorelDRAW.
• Prepare and optimize layouts, ensuring precision in offset color separation and quality control standards.
• Utilize Heidelberg Prepress System to manage pre-press tasks and enhance printing workflows.
• Collaborate with production teams to select materials, inks, varnishes, and packaging components.
• Conduct soft proofing and revise designs to meet print specifications and client requirements.
• Maintain consistency and brand integrity across packaging design assets.
• Manage multiple design projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure design feasibility and production quality.

The Sr. Officer will be responsible for producing high-quality graphic designs that meet the company’s standards for printing and packaging products. This position demands meticulous attention to detail and a comprehensive understanding of the production process from concept to finished product. The candidate will work closely with production teams to ensure design accuracy and optimize material usage. While this is not a managerial role, the Sr. Officer acts as a key contributor in the creative workflow, supporting project deadlines and maintaining consistency across packaging materials. Proficiency with MS Office and related software is also expected to facilitate efficient communication and documentation.
