Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Applied Arts (Printing, Packaging & Publishing) with 3–5 years hands-on experience in graphic design for printing and packaging.
• Experience in medium to large scale printing and packaging industries.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and CorelDRAW; familiarity with MS Office for communication and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Create and develop graphic designs for printing and packaging using Adobe Creative Suite and CorelDRAW.
• Prepare layouts with precise off-set color separation and quality control adherence.
• Use Heidelberg Prepress System to manage pre-press tasks and optimize workflows.
• Collaborate with production teams to select materials, inks, varnishes, and packaging components.
• Perform soft proofing and revise designs to meet print specifications and client requirements.
• Maintain brand integrity across packaging design assets and ensure consistency.
• Manage multiple design projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure design feasibility and production quality.
• Stay updated with industry trends and innovations in printing technology.
