Printkraft Pvt Ltd is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager - Graphic Design to lead a team of five designers and steer creative direction. You will oversee brand identity, packaging concepts, and pre-press operations, ensuring error-free print production and adherence to client standards.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Applied Arts and 8–10 years of hands-on design, printing, and pre-press experience. Strong leadership, communication, and project-management skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Applied Arts (Printing, Packaging & Publishing) or relevant field.
• 8–10 years of hands-on experience in graphic design, printing, packaging, and pre-press operations.
• Experience leading a design team and managing print production workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of five graphic design professionals.
• Provide creative direction for brand identity and packaging design.
• Oversee complete pre-press operations, including layout design, color separation, quality control, and print production.
• Develop and finalize high-quality graphic layouts using professional design software.
• Ensure designs comply with printing and packaging industry standards.
• Hire Resume Writers (in ad context, treat as part of workflow)
• Manage material selection, inks, varnishes, and soft proofing processes.
• Optimize print production workflows and reduce errors.
• Manage project deadlines and workload while maintaining quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Review designs according to client requirements and brand standards.
• Keep up to date with graphic design trends, software developments, and printing technologies.
• Prepare project status, quality, and team performance reports.
• Train and mentor team members to improve their technical and professional skills.
• Ensure projects are completed according to quality standards and client specifications.
