Job summary

Responsibilities

• Drive grid performance and ensure preventive/corrective maintenance of Access Network and Gen-sets to meet revenue targets.
• Manage the grid within the allocated OPEX budget and optimize OPEX (Electricity/DG fuel).
• Coordinate with cluster owners, riggers and fueling teams; allocate targets and evaluate performance monthly, weekly and quarterly.
• Lead FLM team to resolve power-related operational issues (DC/DG) for smooth operations.
• Use RMS/EASS/NETECO and related tools to identify gaps and drive issue closure.
• Guide MS management to close operational matters efficiently and improve KPIs.
• Implement KPI improvement strategies with limited resources to meet regional targets.
• Coordinate with OMOs and B2S partners to achieve high TCHA levels.
• Analyze data for regional KPI achievement and drive targeted tasks.

Job description

The incumbent will be responsible to manage end to end Non-Telco/Telco activities within the geographical boundaries of his respective Grid(s). The key tasks include assurance of network availability and managing network operations within the allocated Opex budget by managing network utilization & managing the MS-related matters/issues, leading the MS field teams for issue rectifications, and improving & working on basic management KPIs.

Job Responsibilities:

Network Availability: To drive & monitor the grid performance and activities performed by the field teams, ensure compliance and conformance to network KPIs to ensure Preventive/Corrective maintenance of Access Network and Gen-sets is carried out in time for ensuring the commercial expectations for growing the revenue.

OPEX Management: Managing the grid within the allocated OPEX budget, and further take necessary steps to optimize the OPEX, i.e. Electricity/DG Fuel etc.

Team Management: Assist and manage his resources such as cluster owners, riggers & fueling teams, and take steps for their capability/competence development. To coordinate with the regional FOPS manager & TGLs in allocation of targets & KPIs to field teams on a monthly basis and to evaluate their performance on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.

AC/DC/CP & DG Infrastructure Strong Understanding: The Candidate will drive the FLM team to close the operational issues related to Power, either DC or DG, so the operation can run smoothly.

RMS/EASS/NETECO & Elementary tools Operations: The candidate must use the Operational tools for identifying the gaps/issues for issue closure, whatever relates to the system that affects the operations.

MS management & leading: The Candidate must be able to handle, guide, drive, and push the MS Management for operational matters closure efficiently & timely so the KPIs get improved as a whole.

Basic KPIs & Performance Improvement Strategy Implementation: The Candidate must be able to operate with limited resources for achieving the Basic KPIs targets as per management expectations for achieving the RCTO regional KPIs target.

AC/DC/CP & DG Infrastructure Strong Understanding: The Candidate must be able to operate in a challenging environment by having close coordination with OMOs and B2S partners for achieving the best level of TCHA.

Data Analysis & Special Tasks Implementation: The Candidate must be able to perform as a self-driven leader to analyze the data & all those task implementations which mainly relate to regional targeted KPIs achievement.

Eligibility Criteria (Education, Knowledge, Experience and Skills):

Education:

• In principle, have a minimum bachelor's degree, preferably in Electrical / Electronics Engineering.

Work Experience:

• Preferably 3-5 years of experience or above in the FOPs domain,
