Job summary

Tapal Tea (Pvt.) Ltd. in Lahore seeks a Maintenance Associate to join Operations/Maintenance on a third-party HRSG contract. You will handle preventive and corrective electrical maintenance, monitor critical equipment, support Kaizen improvements, and participate in installation of new projects while rotating day and night shifts.

Candidate should have BE in Electrical Engineering and 3–4 years of FMCG experience, with strong analytical and communication skills. Immediate joining preferred.

Qualifications

• BE in Electrical Engineering or relevant bachelor's degree.
• Experience: 3–4 years in FMCG preferred.
• Familiarity with plant electrical supplies and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Timely execution of preventive and corrective electrical maintenance on shift basis.
• Maintain critical equipment (compressors, gensets, cargo lifts, UPS, panel cooling) for zero downtime.
• Identify gaps in utility sections and apply Kaizen to boost plant efficiency.
• Install and commission new projects to enhance plant capacity.
• Maintain and update spare inventory by ROL in the system.
• Analytical, problem-solving & communication skills.
• Perform regular activities, checklists and HACCP compliance.
• Familiar with plant electrical supplies, control panels and safety training for team development.
• Will rotate in day and night shifts as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Timely execution of Preventive & Corrective Maintenance (Electrical) on shift basis with the alignment of concern department and ensuring smooth operations.

2. Always maintain the critical equipments (Compressor, Genset, Cargo lift, UPS & Panel cooling units) for smooth operation with zero downtime.

4. Identify the grey areas in all utility section for machine/ method by applying kaizen methodology to optimizing of plant efficiency.

5. Installation and commissioning of new projects based on AOP to enhance Plant capacity.

6. Maintain & update the spare inventory by ROL in the system.

7. Analytical, problem-solving & communication skills.

8. Perform regular activities, checklist and HACCP compliance.

9. Familiarity with plant electrical supplies, Controls Panels & deliver safety training for the development of team.

10. Will rotate in day and night shifts as needed.

Experience and Educational Requirements:

• BE in Electrical Engineering or relevant bachelors degree
