Job summary

Zong CMPak Ltd. seeks a seasoned operations professional to manage end-to-end network activities within designated grids and oversee OPEX budgeting. You will lead MS field teams, coordinate with regional managers, and drive KPI improvements through data-driven actions.

The role requires a bachelor’s in Electrical/Electronics Engineering and 5+ years in FOPs, with strong technical and leadership skills to ensure high network availability and performance in the SOUTH KPK subregion.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor degree in Electrical / Electronics Engineering.
• Experience: 5+ years in FOPs domain.
• Knowledge: DG/DC infrastructure and RMS operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Non-Telco/Telco activities within the geographical boundaries of his grids.
• Drive grid performance and ensure KPI conformance, overseeing preventive/corrective maintenance of access network and gen-sets.
• Manage OPEX budget and optimize OPEX (electricity/DG fuel).
• Lead MS field teams, coordinate with regional FOPS managers & TGLs to set targets & KPIs monthly, evaluate performance weekly to quarterly.
• Oversee AC/DC/CP & DG infrastructure issues to ensure smooth operation.
• Utilize RMS/EASS/NETECO/elementary tools to identify gaps and close operational issues.
• Drive MS management to improve KPIs and achieve Regional KPIs targets.
