PostEx is seeking a SQA Manager in Lahore to lead and mentor a team responsible for quality across web, desktop, mobile, and AI-powered applications. The role demands strong collaboration with cross-functional teams and hands-on testing leadership.

You will drive automation, AI-assisted testing, and the establishment of quality metrics while promoting a culture of excellence throughout the SDLC. On-site, full-time position with a focus on delivering high-quality software.

Responsibilities

Develop comprehensive test plans and strategies for web, desktop, mobile, and AI-powered applications.
Lead test execution with thorough coverage and timely defect identification in collaboration with dev teams.
Drive test automation and AI-assisted testing initiatives, including regression suites.
Identify regression and automation scenarios and apply AI for test generation and maintenance.
Establish, monitor, and report key quality metrics to evaluate software quality.
Prepare and present comprehensive test reports to stakeholders and champions SQA best practices.
