Job summary

Zones IT Solutions in Islamabad seeks a Solution Architect - GSCaaS to design tailored service solutions, engage clients, and guide projects from scoping to turnover.

You will collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, Solution Engineering, and Project Management to translate requirements into scalable offerings, document SOWs, and create pricing models while ensuring alignment with client goals and company policy.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in solution design for managed services or GSCaaS environments.
• Ability to translate client requirements into scalable service solutions.
• Experience documenting requirements, scope, and pricing.
• Strong project and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfort working across Sales, Supply Chain, Engineering, and PM.

Responsibilities

• Understand and analyze client's requirements around Zones GSCaaS Solution offering.
• Document and monitor client’s services requirements and goals.
• Work closely with other support functions including Sales, Supply chain, Solution Engineering, Project Management, and SMEs to design solutions.
• Propose and upsell value added services as per the customer’s current need which could add value for the customer and their end-users.
• Account for possible project challenges on constraints including risks, timeline, change management, product availability, resources, and scope.
• Work closely with project management teams for project turn over.
• Work with customer stakeholders to ensure their goals align and abide by our organizational policies.
• Create and provide a detailed Statement of Working, change request requests, pricing calculators of the proposed solution listing down scope of all the required services and related service pricing.
• Define clear goals for all aspects of a project and in-scope service.

Position Overview:

The role is responsible for understanding client requirements and designing tailored solutions within the Zones GSCaaS offering. This position works cross-functionally with Sales, Supply Chain, Solution Engineering, and Project Management teams to deliver scalable, value-driven solutions. The individual will play a key role in solution design, client engagement, project transition, and identifying opportunities to enhance customer value while ensuring alignment with organizational goals and policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand and analyze client's requirements around Zones GSCaaS Solution offering
• Document and monitor client’s services requirements and goals
• Work closely with other support functions including Sales, Supply chain, Solution Engineering, Project Management, and other subject matter experts (SMEs) to design solutions tailored to fit customer’s requirements
• Propose and upsell value added services as per the customer’s current need which could add value for the customer and their end-users
• Account for possible project challenges on constraints including risks, timeline, change management, product availability, resources, and scope
• Work closely with project management teams for project turn over
• Work with customer stakeholders to ensure their goals align and abide by our organizational policies making it a win-win situation
• Create and provide a detailed Statement of Working, change request requests, pricing calculators of the proposed solution listing down scope of all the required services and related service pricing
• Define clear goals for all aspects of a project and in-scope service

What you will bring to the team:

• Experience in solution design, pre-sales, or service delivery roles, preferably within managed services or GSCaaS-type environments
• Strong ability to understand, analyze, and translate client requirements into practical and scalable service solutions
• Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Supply Chain, Solution Engineering, Project Management, and other stakeholders
• Proven ability to document client requirements, define service scope, and align solutions with business goals
• Commercial acumen with experience identifying opportunities to upsell and propose value-added services
• Strong understanding of project constraints including risk management, timelines, resource planning, and scope control
• Experience supporting project transitions/handovers to delivery and project management teams
• Ability to effectively engage with customer stakeholders and ensure alignment with organizational policies and objectives
• Hands-on experience in creating Statements of Work (SOWs), change requests, and pricing models/calculators
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to define clear project goals and manage multiple priorities
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
