Job summary

Solaristic Solutions in Karachi is seeking a Telesales Executive to perform outbound calls, introduce our solar services, and generate qualified leads. You will schedule site visits for the sales and technical teams and maintain accurate call records.

The role requires strong English/Urdu communication, a confident, persuasive style, and the ability to handle objections while following up with prospects. On-site work in Karachi is required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
• Introduce Solaristic Solutions' Solar Cleaning, Inspection & O&M services.
• Generate and qualify new leads and schedule site visits.
• Follow up with prospects and existing customers.
• Coordinate with sales and operations teams to meet targets.
• Maintain daily call records and customer information.
• Provide feedback to improve sales scripts.
