Badarenergy is seeking a confident and well-spoken female executive in Karachi to handle daily follow-ups on leads from social media campaigns and digital platforms. The ideal candidate will maintain consistent communication with potential clients and update them on solar products.

This role involves making follow-up calls, qualifying leads, and working closely with Sales and Service teams. Candidates should have strong verbal communication skills in Urdu and English and prior experience in telemarketing or customer service.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal communication skills in Urdu and English.
• Prior experience in telemarketing, telesales, or customer service preferred.
• Experience in solar, battery, or energy-related products is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Make daily follow-up calls to potential clients from various platforms.
• Qualify leads and update status (retailer, dealer, end-user).
• Prepare weekly follow-up and conversion status reports.

Skills

Strong verbal communication skills (Urdu & English)

Self-motivated

Basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets
