Job summary

AESOLAR-Alternative Energy in Pakistan is seeking a Technical Sales Engineer to drive sales of Huawei C&I Inverters, BESS, and EV Chargers across Punjab & KPK. The role focuses on developing opportunities, building channel partnerships, and delivering technical and commercial proposals.

You will travel within Faisalabad and Central Punjab, coordinate with technical, after-sales, and supply-chain teams, and report on the sales pipeline. A B.Sc. in engineering is required; MBA is preferred.

Qualifications

• B.Sc. Engineering in Electrical, Electronics, Telecom or Mechatronics is required.
• MBA will be preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in Solar/Power sales.

Responsibilities

• Develop sales opportunities for Huawei C&I Inverters, BESS, and EV Chargers.
• Achieve assigned sales targets within the Faisalabad Region.
• Identify and develop new customers, channel partners, EPC companies, consultants, and corporate clients.
• Manage existing customer and partner relationships.
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals according to customer requirements.
• Conduct product presentations, meetings, and technical discussions with customers.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming solar projects.
• Coordinate with technical, after-sales, and supply-chain teams for smooth project execution.
• Maintain an updated sales pipeline and submit regular sales reports.
